 1. Subion Refunds

   - Monthly Subions: Monthly subions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subion at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

   - Annual Subions: For annual subions, a partial refund may be available if you cancel within the first 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, the annual subion is non-refundable.

 2. Free Trials

If you signed up for a free trial and cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. No refunds apply as there was no charge during the trial period.

 3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

   - You experienced a technical issue that ERP Rocket could not resolve within a reasonable time frame.

   - You requested cancellation within the first 30 days of an annual subion (for partial refund eligibility).

 4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at Support@erprocket.com with the following details:

   - Your account information

   - A brief deion of the reason for the refund request

   - Relevant supporting documentation, if applicable

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and ERP Rocket reserves the right to approve or deny a refund at our discretion.

5. Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, we will process it within 10-14 business days. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

 6. Non-Refundable Fees

Any setup fees, one-time charges, or third-party integration costs are non-refundable.

 7. Changes to the Refund Policy

ERP Rocket reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Refund Policy on our website with the "Last Updated" date.
